Support Packages and Pricing
Supportive care should feel accessible, respectful, and deeply personal.
That’s why From The Heart services are offered through flexible and personalized Supportive Care Packages- designed to meet individuals and families across a range of care needs and financial circumstances. All support is grounded in the foundation of Restorative Engagement — building trust, emotional safety, and familiarity before introducing personal care or more complex support.
Sliding Scale Rates
FTH rates are offered on a sliding scale in an effort to support individuals and families of all incomes.
Our flexible pricing is based on an hourly rate- starting at $30/hour. Available as 2, 4, or 6 hour Per-Visit Packages; we are happy to also provide the option of reserving additional hours as add-ons.

Support Packages are personalized to each individual's/ families needs, and includes:

Restorative, relationship-based engagement

A Gentle Note:
Supportive Care availability is limited. Due to the nature of Restorative Engagement, priority is given to weekly Clients in an effort to support consistency, familiarity, and continuity of care.

Restorative Wellness
2 Hours
A supportive check-in and calming connection designed for respite care or short restorative care visits- focused on companionship, emotional grounding, crisis connection, observing triggers and stress responses, meal & hydration guidance and care team meeting support.
Starting at $60
Care and Connection
4 Hours
Designed to support transitions, delirium risk reduction support, emotional regulation, community personal care (in home and retirement living), behaviour expression documentation, trigger identification, and supporting the maintenance of daily functionand independence over time.
Starting at $120
Extended Support
6 Hours
Designed specifically for deeper care needs and full personal care support (in home and retirement living), transitional stabilization for return home, hospital, discharge, or retirement and long term care adjustment, acute delirium stabilization, consistent support through complex and advanced age-related changes, dementia-informed emotional regulation and reassurance, and end-of-life comfort and support.

Add-On / Consultation Hours
Care needs can change quickly with aging, dementia, or health transitions. Add-on hours are available to extend support beyond an initial visit or for consultations (Phone or in-person).
Add-on time provides flexible, relationship-based support when extra help is needed most.
